Database Manager

The Database Manager will be responsible for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database of Euro-Phoenix. Responsibilities will include: (a) inputting all data accurately and on a timely basis; and (b) expanding the functionality of the system, obtaining as much value added from our software as possible, using the software’s more sophisticated features. The Database Manager would also act as a back-up personal assistant or receptionist.

The Person

• Extensive experience with inputting to databases;
• Combination of speed and accuracy, attention to detail;
• Fluency in English (other languages an asset);

The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for all Euro-Phoenix’s sales and marketing activities in their respective area. The primary activity will be calling on mid-sized businesses and developing relationships with the owners and senior managers of these companies, ascertaining their strategies and corporate finance needs, prescribing corporate finance solutions, and selling services that fulfill the needs of clients.

The Person

• Have extensive business experience at a senior level, (e.g. past owner or CEO of a business);
• Have an aptitude for and experience in consultative selling;
• Would enjoy a steep learning curve;
• Fluent in English (other languages an asset);
• Transaction structuring skills;
• Fluency in English and respective native language (other CEE languages an asset;
• Have a high degree of self-confidence in their ability to generate business;
• Would thrive in highly results-oriented company, under a highly results-oriented compensation system.

The Corporate Finance Director is responsible for originating and executing transactions of substantial size.

The Country Manager shall be responsible for managing and growing Euro-Phoenix in Slovakia. We seek a Slovak citizen with a minimum of 5 years corporate finance/M&A experience, with a proven record in closing transactions and in business development (i.e. participation in a minimum 10-15 transactions).

The Personal Assistants will be responsible for administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director. A substantial amount of time will be spent on sales support, particularly calling and cold calling potential clients and investors.

Main tasks

• Supporting the daily work of the Managing Director
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Responsible to add new contacts, accounts, transactions and reports company databases
• Organizing business trips and events
• Translations of documents
• Preparing presentations
• Other administrative tasks
• In Bucharest, the Personal Assistant will also need to double as Receptionist

Requirements

• Experience as an assistant
• Fluent in local language, English language knowledge is a must (other languages are an asset)
