The Country Manager shall be responsible for managing and growing Euro-Phoenix in Poland. We seek a Polish citizen with a minimum of 5 years corporate finance/M&A experience, with a proven record in closing transactions and in business development (i.e. participation in a minimum 10-15 transactions). We seek individuals who are:

• Highly effective and result orientated
• Strong negotiators, experience in deal structuring
• Native Polish speaker, fluent in English
• Strong in computer skills
• MBA or CFA preferred
