Personal Assistants - Budapest and Bucharest

The Personal Assistants will be responsible for administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director. A substantial amount of time will be spent on sales support, particularly calling and cold calling potential clients and investors.

Main tasks

  • Supporting the daily work of the Managing Director
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Responsible to add new contacts, accounts, transactions and reports company databases
  • Organizing business trips and events
  • Translations of documents
  • Preparing presentations
  • Other administrative tasks
  • In Bucharest, the Personal Assistant will also need to double as Receptionist

Requirements

  • Experience as an assistant
  • Fluent in local language, English language knowledge is a must (other languages are an asset)
  • Proactive personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Precise and responsible attitude
  • Flexibility
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
