The Corporate Finance Director is responsible for originating and executing transactions of substantial size.

We seek individuals with:

• A minimum 5-8 years with a Central European corporate finance firm;
• Proven track record in executing at least 10 M&A transactions;
• Proven track record in originating corporate finance business;
• Strong quantitative and valuation skills;
• Transaction structuring skills;
• Fluency in English; other CEE languages an asset;
• Strong negotiators, experience in deal structuring;
• Entrepreneurial, creative, ability to think on your feet, results orientation.
