Personal Assistants - Budapest and Bucharest

The Personal Assistants will be responsible for administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director. A substantial amount of time will be spent on sales support, particularly calling and cold calling potential clients and investors.
Main tasks
- Supporting the daily work of the Managing Director
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Responsible to add new contacts, accounts, transactions and reports company databases
- Organizing business trips and events
- Translations of documents
- Preparing presentations
- Other administrative tasks
- In Bucharest, the Personal Assistant will also need to double as Receptionist
Requirements
- Experience as an assistant
- Fluent in local language, English language knowledge is a must (other languages are an asset)
- Proactive personality
- Strong computer skills
- Precise and responsible attitude
- Flexibility
- Good problem solving and communication skills
